How to set up your week for success!
Do you experience the “Sunday scaries” especially in today’s day and age of the new normal? Here are some tips to get your week set up for success!
- Set goals for the week! Start small like read a chapter of a book 3 times a week or go for a 10 minute walk every day.
- Make a “must get done” list! Not just a to do list where you can move something to another day or week. Maybe it’s must clean closet or organize bills. You’ll feel better once these tasks are done.
- Plan your meals! This doesn’t just help your goals for healthy eating, but it can help your budget as well!
- Plan what you wear! Save time in the morning by laying out your clothes the night before. Then if something needs to go into the laundry, you have a chance to wash it then scrambling around in the morning trying to find something else!
- Plan your work outs! In a crunch when you go to the gym? Plan your work out and get in and out faster!
- Make a shopping list! Save time and money by knowing what you need before going into target or Giant Eagle.
